GOALS ARE DREAMS WITH A DEADLINE

DO YOU SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF? HOW DO YOU HOLD YOURSELF RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE GOALS? THIS BLOG REALLY ISNT ABOUT MAKING GOALS BUT HOW WE ACHIEVE THEM.

FOR ME, SETTING GOALS ARE REALLY IMPORTANT. I AM THE KIND OF PERSON WHO NEEDS SOMETHING TO WORK TOWARDS AND GOALS FIR THAT BILL. NOW, I AM NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT HEALTH AND FITNESS GOALS THOUGH THIS IS THE SPACE FOR THAT. I AM TALKING ABOUT ALL GOALS THAT WE WANT TO ACHIEVE.

I AM A BIG BELIEVER IN WRITING DOWN MY GOALS. SEEING THEM ON PAPER HELPS ME TO KEEP THEM IN THE FRONT OF MY MIND AND ME THINKING ABOUT THEM. I ALSO BREAK DOWN THOSE GOALS INTO SMALLER GOALS THAT ARE GOING TO HELP ME WITH MY BIGGER GOALS. AN EXAMPLE WILL BE THAT I NEED TO LOSE 10 POUNDS OF FAT. THAT IS THE OVERALL GOAL. I HAVE 2 MONTHS TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL, I HAVE BROKEN IT DOWN INTO SMALLER GOALS LIKE WRITING DOWN EVERYTHING I AM EATING, MAKING SURE I AM DRINKING MY WATER, GETTING IN MY MEDITATION ETC. THIS MAKES TO BIG GOAL MUCH MORE MANAGEABLE.

GIVE YOUR GOAL AN END DATE. NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES, THIS WILL GIVE IT A SENCE OF URGERNCY. PLUS GIVING IT AN END DATE WILL SET YOU IN MOTION TO ACHIEVE THIS GOAL.

SO SET THOSE GOALS, BREAK THEM DOWN INTO SMALLER GOALS, GIVE YOURSELF A TIME LIMIT AND CRUSH THOSE GOALS. WE DERSERVE THE BEST OUT OF OURSELVES, LETS SET US UP FOR SUCCESS.
