Certified Fitness Trainer
It's hard sometimes to tell people about yourself and get across who you really are and what you are about. My hope is that these next few paragraphs gives you a glimpse into me.
I am 52 years old and have been married for 31 years. My son is going to be 30 in a couple of months. That just looks crazy to even type out. My fitness journey began with running in my twenties and I have added snowboarding in my thirties, and weightlifting and obstacle course racing in my forties. Even did a bodybuilding competition when I was 45. Now I focus more on a crossfit type of workout with lifting and cardio.
I became a personal trainer at 48 and have loved every minute of it. Helping people stay healthy and mobile and reach fitness goals is one of my joys. Working with seniors has become the highlight of my career. There is nothing like someone adding 5 more pounds to a lift and watching their face light up or someone whose balance is better and they are more confident in their everyday life.
My hope is that, even though we cant be together, we can still reach our goals in fitness and health and I would love to be a part of that.
My vision is to help women and men feel empowered through fitness. To help people build up their self confidence as they are building up their strength, flexibility and cardio. This is my place where people can come and feel heard and respected.
